All of them can lead you to unhappiness, but dwelling on the past is one of the most harmful to our wellbeing.

Dwelling on the past has made my mom the unhappiest person I`ve ever met.
Wow, these are all great ways to stay unhappy and I`ve fallen for them at one time or another. The best way for me to become more happy, though, was to stop fearing change and to do new things in my life. So I chose that one.
It would definitely be dwelling on the past. This is what keeps people living backwards. Trying to fix and figure out things that have happened in the past has the power to make anyone unhappy.
I know. I know, I`m the problem… I get it. (sigh)
I am trying to become a happier person, but it is hard when you lose the person that you thought you were going to spend the rest of your life with. My daughter sure makes me Happy and she gets me through each day!!
I would say fear of change is first and never forgive is second. Both can eat you from the inside out. I know from experience. I do my best these days to live courageously. Thus I do not fear automatic pens. Hahahahahaha but seriously we need to NOT be governed by fear.
If you don`t forgive than you dwell on the past and don`t trust
Dwelling on the past.

Weird question. How can there be a “best way” for UNhappiness?
Listening to Obama speak.
Thinking about this question
Why would you want to make yourself unhappy?
Why does someone want to know this?
thanks for the negative question iVote.
Get married…
During my life I`ve done all of them so for me the worst things are dwelling the past and fearing change. Can`t decide between them but after I let the past be the past and started to overthink some of my thought I became happier…
Always be negative about yourself I think.
The really best way to be unhappy is to be a Liberal!

Hanging out with selfish ass.holes. F.uck Kristin. She`s a bi.tch.
Wasting your time on transitory things.
I think dwelling on the past actually helps you become happier in the long run, it teaches you how to not make bad choices. Also resisting change can go both ways. Like people would say I resist change, when I don`t, I actually promote change, just not the change that everyone hangs onto. So in a way, resisting change really stops you from being happy, because the change these days is bringing people foreword to a point where they can trust their loved ones, cherish the person they start a life with, and be at a point where they can have faith in the person they started a family with. Today everyone is mistrusting, which leads them to piss there life away on meaningless relationships, and fads that come and go. We are a material culture, we need to switch from a secular way of living to a more spiritual way of living that helps people find true love, and nurture their children.
Always be negative about yourself I think.
Dwelling on the past makes me unhappy sometimes, it is better to move on, what happened in the past can`t be changed and I try not to beat myself up about it and just move on
i think its to belittle yourself because you will never try anything new or do anything that could make you happy because you dont believe you can do it
How about making someone else unhappy?
